The sheet dimensions are 32.5 x 47.5 cm, while the frame measures 45 x 62 cm. Niccolò Lapi (c. 1661-1732) Niccolò Lapi is named as successor to Giordano. He mainly painted great altarpieces in the style of the Counter-Reformation. He received numerous commissions during his lifetime, especially by the Grand Duke Ferdinando de’ Medici. Many of his works can be found in Tuscany.
