Comes with a brown-grey veined natural stone base. H 7, W 8, D 7,5 cm. Bronze cast of an alabaster sculpture from 1985. Authentication: We would like to thank the artist for the authentication via E-Mail, based on photos, 04.10.2022. Provenance: gift of the artist; since then private collection Colmar. Unsign. H. 9, B. 6, T. 4 cm. Dazu ein braun-grau geäderter Natursteinsockel. H. 7, B. 8, T. 7,5 cm. Bronzeabguss einer Alabasterskulptur aus dem Jahr 1985.     Kurz, Rudolf Born 1952 Ellwangen, lives and works in Stimpfach and Ellwangen. Portrait of Mr Schmidt. White marble casting, on black marble base. Verso signed on the neck and dated (19)84. H (including base) 37, W 15, D 20 cm. Comes with a historism wooden column with turned elements and fluting. H 115, W 27, D 27 cm. The sitter, Mr Schmidt, was the male senior model for many years at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart, where Rudolf Kurz studied from 1980 - 1984. Condition report: Very good overall impression. Wooden column with signs of age, small missing parts, partially chipped. Der Dargestellte Herr Schmidt war lange Zeit das männliche Senior-Model der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart, an der Rudolf Kurz von 1980 - 1984 studierte.
