Artist Jon Kuhn creates intricate glass sculptures that have transparent surfaces and house intricate designs within. Born in Chicago, artist John Kuhn traveled to attend Washburn University in Kansas, and he received his Bachelors of Fine Arts from the establishment in 1972. Jon Kuhn's art for sale does include some blown glass pieces created early in his career, but he excelled at working with laminated glass and preferred it to glass blowing.

Jon Kuhn's sculptures are meticulously designed, and one piece can contain anywhere from 50,000 to 300,000 pieces of glass. Though he is best known for his cold-work glass sculptures, collaborations with Po Shun Leong and Bosendorfer Piano expanded his work outside the traditional art community.
