Shown is the interior of the funeral chapel Bergmannstraße in the Berlin district of Kreuzberg. Looking towards the altar strange objects like an old boat or fallen over furniture are placed in the empty church room. This print is dedicated and signed on verso ‘For Reinhard. Wolfgang Krolow’ and dated with location 'Berlin KREUZBERG Nov. 2011’. It is overall in very good condition with a tiny handling crease upper right. Image size: 29.6 x 39.4 cm; Sheet size: 30.3 x 40.5 cm. Wolfgang Krolow (b. 1950) Wolfgang Krolow was born in 1950. In the mid-70s he moved to Berlin to study at the Hochschule der Künste. On numerous journeys to distant lands and places he found a repertoire of motifs.
