Titled The Skaters depicting a main in a top hat with a pick axe and Humane Society on his hat poking a distraught man having been pulled from the icey water of a pond. A man on side with sign Dangerous. Perhaps warning of society on thin ice. Signed D.W. Kellogg & Co, Hartford, Conn. Image 10 ¼ x 8 ½ inches. Foxing and cut margins.
