London: for Sherwood, Neely, and Jones, 1818. 8vo, contemporary double-gilt paneled straight-grained brown morocco, gilt and blind foliate and geometric cover designs, richly gilt foliate spine panels, red morocco spine labels, gilt foliate cover edges and turn-ins, all edges gilt; joints and edges occasionally rubbed. With additional vignette title and 33 (of 34) plates, numerous wood engraved vignettes - primarily tail pieces. Lacking the "Clinker & Japan" plate and "Pheasant Shooting" plate bound after p. 265. Occasional offsetting from plates, scattered light foxing and spotting, but internally generally clean. Advertisement page at back. Armorial bookplate on front pastedown. Presumed large paper copy, leaf size 9 3/8 x 5 1/2 inches; 240 x 140 mm.
