Date: 18th century Description: About Samuel Martini's career: from Bohemia; son of the pastor Peter Martini; school in Saaz, Laun and Prague; 1613 Master's degree; 1618 pastor in Prague; 1620 expelled from Bohemia as a Protestant, came to Altenburg, then Wittenberg; from 1626 pastor in Pirna and Prague; ran a printing press in Pirna.
