(frame); Sher - Eargon Pagoda, Rangood, Burma, watercolor on paper, unsigned; 12 3/4 x 9 1/4 in. (sheet), 17 1/2 x 14 in. (frame); Temple of Zeus, Olympia, Athens, watercolor on paper, unsigned; 9 1/2 x 6 1/4 in. (sheet), 14 1/2 x 11 1/2 in. (frame); and Fugi, watercolor on paper, unsigned; 6 1/4 x 9 in. (sheet), 10 3/4 x 13 1/2 in. (frame). Note: Francis Burrall Hoffman was an architect best known for his work for James Deering on the Villa Vizcaya in Miami. These watercolors were done on trips taken during his studies at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he graduated in 1907.
