    painter. Griffin studied at the Art Institute of Chicago with Victor Higgins and Arnold Blanche. She was a member of the Chicago Gallery Association, National Association of Women Artists, Chicago Artist Club, Rockport Art Association, and the New Orleans Art Association. She exhibited throughout the 1930s-50s, and her work is in the collections of Purdue University, Wellesley College, Beloit College, and the Illinois Veterans Orphanage.
