        Düsseldorf, Aktie 1.000 Mark 21.8.1920. Gründeraktie (Auflage 300, R 7). Doppelblatt. EF- #75. (16) Name zunächst "Eisenhandel AG" mit Sitz in Kassel. Wenige Wochen darauf Umfirmierung und Sitzverlegung nach Düsseldorf, Breite Str. 10/12. Handel mit Eisenschrott und Metallen. 1930 in Liquidation, der Alleinaktionär Max Heimann ließ seine bereits vor der AG-Gründung bestandene Einzelfirma wieder ins Handelsregister eintragen.
