      Havens, Leonard (American/born in Pittsburgh, 1914-1973), Moles, 1940, lithograph on paper, signed, dated, titled and numbered 14/20 in pencil along the bottom margin, image 8.75 x 7 inches, matted and framed 20.5 x 16.5 inches. Published by the Works Progress Administration. A very rare print, showing the cramped conditions of mine workers. Other impressions are in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Art Institute of Chicago. This is apparently the first time that any impression of this print has gone to auction.
