Faint soiling and discolouration of the paper can be seen, especially along the edges of the sheet. The left edge of the sheet is untrimmed and damaged several times by creases and minimal marginal tears. In addition, there are three dot-shaped holes in the paper at the left margin. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped and partly creased.
