Deanne Hally (1944 - 2002) Primarily known for her watercolors of the Grand Tetons and irises, Deanne Jones (Hally) was born on August 14, 1944 in Provo, Utah. When she was six years old, the family moved to Pocatello and she graduated from Pocatello High School in 1962. She attended Idaho State University as an art major, and married Thomas Hally in 1963. They lived in Blackfoot, Pocatello and then moved to Idaho Falls in 1979, where Deanne became a well-known watercolor artist.
