    Milton Rawson Halladay (1874-1962, Vermont) 9 original ink drawings with white watercolor highlights, each is a political cartoon illustrations drawn for the Providence Journal. 16.5 in. high x 14.5 in. wide, each is signed lower right "Halladay", titles include Sunset and Evening Star, The Best Guarantee of Peace, They'll Need Extra Care, That's The Way To Remember It, The Hour Is Here, Two Overworked Guys, Lights Out, Improbable Ones, Jingle Bells Jingle Bells. Accompanied by a hardcover book with dust jacket titled "Halladay, Three Generations of Artistry" published 1993. Also accompanied by an original political cartoon illustration by S.J. Ray (Silvey Jackson Ray 1891-1970) and a second by Gaar B. Williams (1890-1935).
