Through the receipt of a state scholarship, Allan went on to attend the Rhode Island School of Design*. He continued his studies at the prestigious Art Students League* in New York. Allan Halladay was a longtime member of the Rhode Island Watercolor Society and served as president of the Providence Art Club* from 1956-58. Overall size: 19 x 17 1/2 in.
