The edition is listed in pencil lower left. This work is unframed. French subjects, including the town of Antibes, were not an uncommon subject for Arthur Hall. This image, and a watercolor in the Wichita Art Museum titled Boat Houses-Antibes are two examples. Arthur and Norma Bassett Hall worked and studied in Europe from 1925 to 1927, mostly traveling France and Britain. Image measures 6.5 x 9 on a 8.5 x 10.75 inch sheet.
