The rapid pace of the painters’ process is nonetheless marked by an incredible regard for color and light that he captures on his canvas.

    Oil on canvas Signed, dated and titled lower right 47,2 x 59,1 in Silver plated deep multi profile wooden frame In this floral composition, Hermann Haider provides us with a very individual view of his conception of reality. The colours of the flora are chosen in a refreshing and at the same time poetic manner. The transition from the figurative to an expressive and masterly elevation is thus accomplished excellently. The painting dates from Haider's best period; it is a key work that remains incomparable in his artistic œuvre. The many-sided positive mood seems to capture above all the natural ability of return, of constantly blossoming anew. Thus the difficult, the transfiguration of an already perfect nature, succeeds in the expressive expression of the soulful artist. Provenance: Private collection Upper Austria
