Mounted to original board; each annotated in German in ink and 3 with photographer's stamp on mount verso. Photographs of the coronation ceremony of the King of Prussia are rare and some of the prints offered here are not in any public collections. The images show the public homage to the King by the people in the Königsberg royal courtyard; the regalia of royalty; the royal train parlor car entering Berlin; the reception hall for the royal couple at Frankfurter Chausee; the decorated Royal honorary portal at Alexanderplatz, Berlin (2 photos). There are not many original photos remaining of the regalia of royalty.
