            Michael Jackson's Personally Owned White Satin Adidas Shorts From the Collection of Frank Cascio W/Letter of Provenance & Photos - These white satin Adidas shorts were personally owned and worn by Michael Jackson. The shorts have a blue strip down each side, and an interior Adidas France label with size 95. The shorts originally came from the personal collection of Frank Cascio, who was a close friend and personal assistant to Michael for over 25 years. Cascio's family was very close to Michael for many years, travelling all over the world with him and even spending holidays together. During the time in which Cascio worked for Michael he was given many personal items, and this is one of those pieces. The sport coat will be accompanied by a letter of provenance from Cascio and two photographs of Michael in the shorts.             Michael Jackson's Personally Owned & Worn "Smooth Criminal" White Fedora W/Copy of Letter From MJJ Productions - This white fedora was personally owned by the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. The fedora is believed to be one of the hat's that Michael Jackson used during his performances of Smooth Criminal. This fedora (along with the following lot) was given to a family as a token of appreciation for their donation of artwork to Michael Jackson's Heal the World Foundation. The fedora will come with a copy of the original letter from MJJ productions, dated July 19, 1992. Michael Jackson was known to give away fedoras during his performances, and many got destroyed by desperate fans while trying to grab them. Many of the white fedoras that were given away were size large and were not worn by Michael, as Michael Jackson's size was medium. This fedora is a size medium.

FILES, PRINCIPALLY RELATING TO THE ORIGINAL LONDON PRODUCTION, COMPRISING: i) 43 letters and memoranda by Kenneth Tynan, to Michael White (one to his colleague Willy Donaldson), chiefly typed but some autograph, mostly about Oh! Calcutta! including the initial concept ("...Small cast (8-9 girls, 2-3-4 men), small chamber orchestra, using mime, sketches, dance, film, songs. The aim of the show: to be elegantly but intensely sexy. No crap about art..."), the revue's title, suggestions of possible writers, directors, choreographers, actors, dancers, and strip-tease artistes, individual contributions ("...Two five-minute colour films by Roman Polanski on voyeurism..."), proposals of running order, suggested changes to texts and other details of the London show in the light of the New York production, critiques of the show after viewings at the Roundhouse ("...'Was it Good?': This is a shambles. Tony's latest contribution is to look at Brenda and say 'See nipples and die' I almost did.
