    HARRY GOODWIN (fl. 1867-1902), DIED 1932, BRITISH 'Ferry at the Old Millmead Boathouse, Guildford'. Signed and dated '75. Oil on canvas. 34 x 71ins. The 'Old Millmead Boathouse' is under the buildings currently known as 'The Quarry Street Backs', directly opposite what is now the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre. The painting was executed before the river was diverted and the present road laid.
