      MINETTA GOOD (1895-1946) Artist at Work (Self Portrait). Lithograph. 265x235 mm; 10 1/2x9 1/4 inches, wide margins. Signed and titled in pencil, lower margin. Circa 1935-41. A very good impression. Good was born in New York City and attended Cooper Union and New York School of Applied Design for Women as well as the Art Students League. Known for her landscape, still life and figurative works, in 1932, she won the prestigious Eloise Egan Prize for best landscape painting by the National Association of Women Painters and Sculptors. She participated in the Federal Art Project as a muralist. She painted murals at the post offices in Dresden, Tennessee and St. Martinville, Louisiana.
