Lewis Alexander Goblet (British, b. 1764, d. after 1826): A marble portrait bust of a lady, traditionally thought to be Mrs Connolly the sitter looking slightly to dexter, her hair dressed 'à la grecque' with a bandeaux tied braided chignon, the forehead arranged in curls, her shoulders clad in drapery tied below the bust, the rear signed and dated L. A.
