Auf einem Küchentisch abgelegtes, erlegtes Jagdwild wie Feldhase und Vögel neben Spargelbündel und Kohlblättern. Im Zentrum aufleuchtend das Gefieder eines am Strick hängenden Huhns, links großer Tonbottich mit Fisch sowie einer Katze darüber. Kühle Farbigkeit, die Feinmalerei tritt vor allem im Gefieder und im Fell der Tiere auf, die Gemüsestücke in betonten türkisgrünen Farbabstufungen.
