    Brightly colored painting of boats at dock and seagulls overhead. Light use of impasto gives the painting a nice texture. Signed "MORGAN" at bottom right. Mounted in two-tone gold and brown frame. Measures 9.5 inches by 7.5 inches sight and 16.5 inches by 14.25 inches framed. In very good condition.
