        CHARLES GATEWOOD (1942-2016) New Orleans. Silver print, the image measuring 177.8x228.6 mm.; 7x9 inches, the sheet slightly larger, with Gatewood's copyright hand stamp and the notation "from the forthcoming book Sidetripping," in ink, on verso. 1970. The entire Gatewood archive was acquired by the Bancroft Library at U.C. Berkeley before his passing. Consequently, there is no work consigned from the artist available on the market; prints on the secondary market are very rare.
