Also signed and titled on reverse. Housed in a gilt molded wood frame. 2) Alice Tilton Gardin (American, 1859-1949). Oil on wood panel shows buildings near water with green reflections under colorful sky. Signed lower right "A T Gardin". Housed in a period carved wood gilt frame. SIZE: 1) 4" x 8". 2) 6" x 8".
