Both matted and frames. Frame size: 15 1/2 in. x 12 in. Measurements: Height: by sight 11 1/4 in. x Width: 7 1/2 in. Condition: Good condition, minor fading, paper slightly yellowed, minor foxing, not viewed out of frames.
