On an 18th century paper written in brown pen (dated 1728 on the reverse), an Italian loaf of bread in the shape of a barrel is depicted, which in its shape is also reminiscent of the cake speciality panettone. According to the inscription on the reverse, the artist painted and ate the depicted loaf in Berlin in February 2000.
