Bartosz Fraczek was born in 1974.He graduated from the Painting Departament.The Faculty of Art At the Pedagogical University in Czestochowa (Poland).He was gain a doctorate in art at Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He was given the President of Czestochowa Scholarship four times.Currently he works in the department of Drawing and Painting of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.

He was the initiator and organizer of the International Biennial Of Miniature Art. His works are in collections all over the world. 170 collective, over 70 individual shows. In Poland Belgium,Netherlands,Germany.U.S.A,Denmark,Sweden,U.K,Turkey,and Hungary Member of D.F.E.W.A in Stuttgart and Association of Polish Artists

It shows an elegantly dressed lady sitting in a living room. On the couch in front of her sits a fat, green iguana. The pot plant behind the couch stretches its green branches in front of the unsettled background of the wall. The colourful paintings by Fraczek show women in different situations, mostly in interiors and with animals at their sides. His paintings are colourful and dynamic, but at the same time at peace with themselves. Just as the painting at hand, they often convey the impression of showing the moment shortly before something is about to happen. The painting is in very good condition, so is the beautiful, golden flecked frame. The dimensions of the painting measure 87.5 x 107.5 cm, the dimensions of the canvas measure 80 x 100 cm. The painting is signed and dated in the lower left „Fraczek ´08". It is also signed, dated and titled on the back of the canvas „Bartosz Fraczek „Pieszczoch" Olej x Plótno, 80 x 100 cm, 2008". A gallery's sticker of the gallery Runge offers the German translation of the Polish title: „Schätzchen", meaning „Darling". Bartosz Fraczek (geb. 1974) Fraczek was born in Częstochowa in Poland and studied art at the local Pedagogical University (todays Akademia im. Jana Dlugosza). He then finished his studies as a doctoral candidate at the Academy for Fine Arts in Cracow. Today he is an assistant professor at the Akademia im. Jana Dlugosza and is also known as the founder of the International Biennale for Miniatures.
