          A fragmentary Egyptian blue glazed composition vessel with broad neck expanding to an everted rim, the swollen body narrowing towards the base, New Kingdom, circa 1320-1085 B.C., 14.7cm high Provenance: Formerly in the collection of Werner Forman (1921-2010) Overall surface encrustations and with some discoloration. Much of the vessel missing on one side of the body and lower neck area.
