    Otto Fenn Three early photographs of Andy Warhol. Three large vintage black and white gelatin silver prints, each with Fenn's "Photography by/otto fenn" backstamps. Largest 14 x 10 1/2 inches (36 x 28 cm), two slightly smaller. Some light wear and signs of handling. Provenance: John Krug, Fenn's partner for 34 years Andy Warhol moved to New York from Pittsburgh in 1949 and first met photographer Otto Fenn in 1951. The images here derive from that early period and depict a young, smiling Warhol wearing a bow-tie, holding a rose, and facing a wall in full length while wearing a beret. In exchange for the photographs, Warhol created backdrops for Fenn's fashion sets. C

    both gelatin silver prints, each with studio stamp on the verso, the photograph of Sullivan seated in a director's chair is annotated that it was "for an article in Harper's Bazaar," both unframed. Sheet 12.75 x 10 in. and 10 3/8 x 13 1/8 in. Francis Loftus Sullivan was an English film and stage actor. He won a Tony Award in 1955 for the Agatha Christie play Witness for the Prosecution.

    gelatin silver print, depicting Elizabeth Coyote Threatt, studio stamp on the verso, unframed. Sheet 14 x 10 7/8 in. Elizabeth Threatt was a model and actress best known for her starring role in The Big Sky alongside Kirk Douglas and Dewey Martin. Born in SC in 1926. Threatt grew up in Concord, NC. Her exotic beauty made her among the most desirable and highest paid models of the 1940s and 1950s.
