Date: 18th century Description: Mengering studied in Wittenberg from 1615 and in Jena from 1619, in 1622 he became preacher in Colditz, in 1624 in Magdeburg-Vorstadt, in 1627 in Halle. Inscribed in the oval with Latin name and titles, below 2 Latin distichs by Christianus Gueinzius.
