Size: 34 x 23 1/8 in. #2827 Artist Biography: Bernard D'Andrea (1923-2011) was a distinguished American illustrator and artist known for his work in magazines, advertising, and fine arts. Emerging as a prominent illustrator during the mid-20th century, D'Andrea contributed to leading publications such as *The Saturday Evening Post*, *McCall's*, and *Ladies' Home Journal*, where his evocative and dynamic illustrations captured the spirit of the times. He was part of the Famous Artists School and gained acclaim for his versatile style that ranged from detailed realism to more abstract expressions. D'Andrea's artistic contributions spanned various mediums, leaving a significant impact on both commercial art and contemporary painting.
