        (Political Cartoons) Dalrymple, Louis (American, 1865-1905). Collection of 8 original pen-and-ink drawings for Puck magazine. Drawn on board. Comical political drawings used for publication in Puck magazine. Various directional notes and other marks from layout purposes on front and back. Various sizes, from 7x5¾" to 18½x17¼". [New York]: 1890's Each signed by the artist on the bottom margin. Original cartoon drawings by Dalrymple, chiefly political in nature. Two marked "Rush." One appears to be of "Buffalo Bill" Cody. Soiling and slight darkening, scattered pin holes, occasional small stains, other light wear mostly from original layout handling; generally very good.
