      Henry Dallal, Galloping Fury, Chrystal archival print, 2011 Born in Iran in 1955, Henry Dallal has made London his home since moving from Colorado in 1994. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a Member of the Alpine Club. He is a board member of the Hamdan International Photography Award (HIPA), under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. He is founder of “Addressing Climate Change, In Focus” a photography competition for the youth of the world which has been exhibited during COP21 in Paris and COP22 in Marrakech in partnership with National Geographic and Lucie Foundation. He has had exhibitions at Naples Museum of Art, Windsor Castle, Royal Geographical Society in the U.K., Smithsonian Institution, Balmoral Castle, Messums Wiltshire Gallery, UN in New York, UN Climate Change Conferences in Paris, Lima and Marrakesh. He was awarded with “Best View of Britain at 6:00 am” by the BBC Today Programme. Passionate about travel and adventure around the world, Dallal has been armed with a camera since the age of nine when his father gave him a Box Brownie. Besides mountains and landscapes, the world of horses has captured his imagination. His publications include: “Desert Warriors”, “Royal Cavalry of Oman” (Gold Medal winner for most inspirational and best designed book by the IPBA vin May 2013, “The World Came to Windsor”, “The Diamond Jubilee”, “The Queen's 90th Birthday Celebration”, “Home Park Private”, “Windsor Castle”, “Horse Warriors: India’s 61st Cavalry” (Bronze medal winner for best coffee table book in 2009 by the IPBA). “Addressing Climate Change” was launched at the UN Climate Summit Meeting at the 2014 UN General Assembly. It was awarded a Gold Medal for Current Events and Humanitarian category by the IPBA in May 2015. Dallal has received commissions to photograph Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, HRH Princess Royal, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein of Dubai.
