Eine Auswahl von Dr. Andreas Beitin, ZKM, aus der Teutloff Photo + Video Collection, ed. by Lutz Teutloff, Oldenburg 2014 Provenance: Collection Teutloff, Germany  For her series ‘La Grande Galerie’ Danica Dakić engaged Roma from the refugee camp in Plementina, Kosovo. Condition: The C-print is in a good condition with only small traces of wear. The lower right corner of the Alu-Dibond plate is minimally bent up. The sheet dimensions are 60 x 72.5 cm. Danica Dakić (b. 1962) Danica Dakić was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, but she lives and works in Düsseldorf, today. In her works she deals with her experiences of migration by considering topics like ‘home’, ‘nationality’ and ‘identity’. Dakić finds the protagonists of her works usually at cultural places of encounters around the world, which serve as the starting point for her experiments with sounds and images.
