Spilman sculpsit’ Plate dimensions: 19.2 x 27 cm Passe-partout: 37.3 x 43.3 cm Good condition, consistent with age In the 17th and especially the 18th century, many printmakers took up drafts by Jan van Goyen, thus a total of about 80 sheets were engraved into copper and etched after van Goyen Object is regular taxed. 19% VAT is added to the purchase price for deliveries within the EU. Condition: The etching is in good condition, consistent with age and bearing signs of wear. The sheet is irregularly trimmed and shows stains in places. Altogether slightly soiled and with foxing spots, however optically appealing. The plate size is 19.2 x 27 cm, the passe-partout measures 37.3 x 43.3 cm.
