      Titled "This Is What We've Been Waiting For". A wonderful cartoon illustration of David (the Washington Times) vs Goliath (The Washington Post). A magnificent work that he gifted to his friend and colleague, Smith Hempstone (1929 - 2006). Hempstone was a journalist, author and was the U. S. Ambassador to Kenya (1989 - 1993). Note the long inscription upper left dated May 17, 1982. 20 1/4" x 24 1/4" framed.
