(etwas stärker berieben, beschabt und bestoßen, Gelenke teils angeplatzt, VDeckel von Band I gelöst) mit ornamentaler RVergoldung und goldgeprägtem RTitel. Lewine 121. – Nahezu vollständiges Exemplar des prächtigen Galeriewerks mit Abbildungen nach Gemälden aus der Sammlung des Herzogs von Orléans, das bis 1808 in 59 Lieferungen zu je 6 Tafeln erschien (insgesamt 354 Tafeln). Concert des chats. Radierung nach Pieter Bruegel. 41,3 x 28,6 cm. Um 1768. IFF 69. Wz. Christusmonogramm IHS. Aus der Folge "Galerie du Palais Royal", welche die 354 Werke umfassende Gemäldesammlung des Duc d'Orléans reproduziert und zwischen 1786 und 1808 von Jacques Couché veröffentlicht wurde. In insgesamt 59 Lieferungen zu je 6 Tafeln erschienen alle drei Monate die Gemälde der Sammlung gemeinsam mit einem detaillierten Text, der von derselben Platte abgedruckt wurde. Ausgezeichneter Druck mit breitem Rand um die Plattenkante. Leicht fleckig, unten links kleine Rostflecken, sonst gut erhalten.
