Trevelyan Clay was born in Cornwall, United Kingdom in 1982, and not long after moved to Australia, where he grew up on the Mid-North Coast, New South Wales. Trevelyan completed a Bachelor of Arts Visual (Painting) with First Class Honours at The Australian National Univerisity (A.N.U) 2001-2004. Recent exhibitions include Episodic Contrast, Neon Parc, Having Fun With The Captives, Gertrude Contemporary and Auckland Art Fair 2011.Trevelyan Clay's work is collected by public institutions and private collections in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
