CONDITION: Good, frame with wear. Born in North Carolina, Clark was the grand-nephew of the listed North Carolina painter, David Lowery Clark (1824 – 1915). Clark worked as an advertising artist and sign painter in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina where he also painted local and regional landscapes.
