Signed "Jie Wei Zhou" below Chinese characters, lower right. Auction tag affixed, en verso. Housed in a wood and giltwood frame with carved egg and dart and ribbon and bead running patterns, and carved acanthus flourish corners. Sight: 15 3/4" H x 19 3/4" W. Framed: 24 1/4" H x 28 1/4" W. 2nd item: Youwei Huang (China, b. 1965) watercolor on paper painting titled "Still Water" depicting a group of houses and boats situated along a tranquil canal.
