Grzegorz Chojnacki Sold at Auction Prices

Grzegorz Chojnacki was born on January 22, 1955 in Zgierz. In 1975-1980 he studied at the State College of Fine Arts in Lódz at the Faculty of Graphic Arts. He obtained a diploma with distinction in the Laboratory of Intaglio Printing Techniques by prof. Leszek Rózga and in the Painting Studio of prof. Stanislaw Fijalkowski. In 1979 he started working at the Department of Textiles and Clothing. In the years 1996–2007 he managed the Workshop of Graphic Design at the Department of Textile and Fashion, in 2007 he became the head of the Digital Printing Workshop at the Faculty of Painting and Graphic. He obtained the title of full professor in 2006. In the 2005-2008 term he was the rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Lódz. He was re-elected for this position in the 2008-2012 term. In the years 2008-2012 he was the Chairman of the Conference of Rectors of Artistic Universities. Chojnacki's paintings can be seen in prestigious art galleries and at art auctions in auction houses (creativity in the field of graphic art, design and painting).
