1940 Chen Ying-Teh was born in Chayi, Taiwan.


1964 He registered at the Taiwan University, in the fine-arts department.


1967 He was a master of conference in the University of Wen Hwa, at Yang Ming Chan, for two years.


1969 He moved to France and became a member of the Paris-Sorbonne University in the Art and Archeology Institute.


1974 First exhibition in Paris, Iris Clert gallery.
