FLUSSLANDSCHAFT MIT EDELMANN ZU PFERDE UNWEIT EINES SCHLOSSES Öl auf Holz. 59 x 83 cm. Rechts unten monogrammiert. In ebonisiertem gekehltem Holzrahmen. Landschaftsdarstellung mit einem großen, vielfach verästelten Baum mit üppigem Grün im Zentrum des Gemäldes auf einem kleinen Hügel, der das Bild gleichsam in zwei Hälften teilt: links der ruhig fließende Fluss mit einem Entenpaar und, vorbei an einem Mann auf der Jagd und an einer Hütte, der Blick in die Ferne mit einem Kirchturm. Unterhalb des mächtigen Baumes führt das Gewässer durch eine steinerne Brücke zur rechten Bildseite, darauf Figurenstaffage teils zu Pferd. Im Hintergrund oberhalb einer dichten Baumgruppe ragt ein trutziges Schloss mit rundem Wehrturm in die Höhe. Anmerkung: Besonders der mächtige zentrale Baum lässt sich gut mit einem Gemälde vergleichen, welches sich im Wawel in Krakau, Polen, befindet (Inv.Nr. 2161). Literatur: Vgl. Er verfremdet sein traditionell gehaltenes Landschaftsgemälde, durch den Einsatz eines surreal-überdimensionalen lila Monsterchens. Von hinten klammert sich das Markenzeichen des Künstlers am zentralen Berggipfel fest und lugt über die Horizontlinie."
