      Four artworks by Harold Saxton Burr, Eugene Higgens and Erich Holch, including: Harold Saxton Burr (American,1889 - 1973), two unframed works: "Evening Campfire", oil on board, depicts a fire in the distance with grove of trees in background, unfinished near edges, 14" x 18"; and "Japanese Lantern", pastel on artist's board, Japanese type still life, toning, 15" x 20", both pieces with wear and loss [PROVENANCE: A member of the Old Lyme, Connecticut Art Association from 1926 to 1946, Harold Burr was a landscape painter and was also a professor in the Yale University School of Fine Arts from 1939 to 1949.]; along with two framed prints by Eugene Higgens and Eric Holch, American, 20th C., pieces include: Eugene Higgens (1874 - 1958), monoprint plate, depicts full male figure holding lantern, toned, 7 3/4" h. x 8 1/2" w.; along with "Summer Porch", serigraph by Eric Holch, colors of yellow, green and blue, pencil signed, titled and numbered 102/110, toned with light foxing, 31 1/2" h. x 37" w., neither examined out of frame and with wear consistent with age and use. [PROVENANCE: All pieces apart of a Collection received from the Lyme Art Association. Proceeds go to furthering the mission of LAA.]

Minor surface dirt. Minor discolorations at the upper left. Two 1/4'' losses, one at the upper left and the other at the lower lower left edge. No apparent restoration.
