              JOHN BULL PAINTED FIGURAL BLINKING EYE CLOCK: This cast iron figural Automaton clock depicts a John Bull character holding a clock dial at his belly. The dial sits behind a glass door and bears Roman numeral hour indicators. John Bull is polychrome decorated and stands on a graduated rectangle base. When functioning, his eyes blink along with the escapement action. Movement signed, C. Jerome. Attributed to Bradley & Hubbard. Illegible tag at the underside. Approx. 16" h x 8.5" w x 7" d.

Dozer was driven off a trailer and driven into place without issues. No other information is known to auction house.               For your consideration is an Original Signed John T. Jones, "Herd Bull" Watercolour painting, a solitary standing Bison Bull. Versatile and talented, John (b. 1940) has been exploring his abilities and natural curiosity as a professional artist since 1971. Old West, Equine and Pioneer scenes are among John’s favorite subjects. Whether realistic or impressionistic, John’s use of colour, distinctive brushwork and accuracy have captured the hearts of his collectors and admirers in the US and many other countries. His paintings have been shown in galleries throughout the United States. Collectors of Western Art, prints, and posters, have compared John to Charles M. Russell, Frederick Remington, and Frank Tenny Johnson. The artist's signature is located behind the left hoof, "JJones". This watercolour exhibits rich colours and details. This gold gilt double matted hardwood professionally framed watercolour is in very fine condition, no marring noted to the art, frame is also in in very good condition without marring. Visible art measures 7"W x 10"L, frame is 16"W x 19"L x 1.25"D

              This original pastel with pencil and chalk is from John Gilroy and was done in the 20th century. It is signed in pencil. It was de-accessioned by a Canadian Museum. John Thomas Young Gilroy (30 May 1898 - 11 April 1985) was an English artist and illustrator, best known for his advertising posters for Guinness, the Irish stout. Born in Whitley Bay, Northumberland, England, Gilroy attended Durham University until his studies were interrupted by World War I, during which he served with the Royal Field Artillery. He resumed studying at the Royal College of Art in London. He remained here as a teacher for a time until gaining employment at S.H. Benson's advertising agency. Here he created the iconic advertisement art for Guinness (featuring the Zoo Keeper and animals enjoying Guinness) which he is best know for.

              John "Bull" Bramlett Autographed " The Tamed Bull" Christian Pamphlet. Football. John "the Bull" Bramlett (July 7, 1941 – October 23, 2014) was an American football linebacker who played from 1965 to 1971 on four teams, the Denver Broncos, the Miami Dolphins, and the Boston Patriots in the American Football League and the Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League . He was a two-time AFL All-Star. Bramlett served as a minister before his death. Bramlett was an All-State and All-American at Humes High School in Memphis and played college football at Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis).Bramlett signed a professional baseball contract with the St. Louis Cardinals, but was kicked out of baseball after a few years after getting into trouble. Bramlett then signed a contract with the Denver Broncos and was named runner-up AFL Rookie of the year behind Joe Namath in 1965. He also played two seasons with Miami, making another Pro Bowl appearance, before being traded to the Patriots along with quarterback Kim Hammond in exchange for Nick Buoniconti in 1969. With the Patriots, Bramlett was named the Most Valuable Player for the team in 1970, but also got in more trouble and was nicknamed the "Meanest Man in Football”. Bramlett was then traded to the Green Bay Packers for Rich Moore.[1] However, he balked at reporting to Green Bay[2] and was released by the Packers before the 1971 season.[3] He was picked up by the Atlanta Falcons and played one season for them before retiring. Bramlett is a member of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame. [HOU 320]
