Budnikov Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, 1947. Ukrainian painter. Born in Kyiv. In 1971 graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Art (workshop of T. Yablonska). Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1975). Honored Artist of Ukraine (1992). Professor of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Personal exhibitioms were held in Kyiv (1993, 1995 - 2012) and German cities (1990 - 1995), Austria (1991, 1993, 2001) and France (1993). Lives and works in Kyiv. Works are in museum collections of Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Chernihiv, Sumy and others.
