Weathered, chips to base and loss to one back foot. 10-1/2''h, 17-1/2''w, 9''d. Provenance: Purchased by present owner from a member of the Basso family, founders of the ''Casa Basso'' restaurant, located next to the historic Theophilus Anthony Brouwer house and the ''The Castle'', built by Brouwer as his pottery studio. Many of his sculptures are also located on the grounds.
