      ANSICHT VON COMO Öl auf Leinwand. 79,5 x 115 cm. Rechts unten signiert und datiert "Como fecit Alexandre Brodszky 1837/ 38". Blick von erhöhtem Standpunkt über das Tal, in dem die Stadt liegt und das Gewässer des Comer Sees umzieht. Im Mittelgrund ein hell im Licht stehendes, aus umgebenden Bäumen emporstehendes, höfisches Gebäude mit seitlichen Flügelanbauten, dahinter am gegenüberliegenden Ufer Kuppelkirchen sowie der Zug der nach rechts sich fortsetzenden städtischen Gebäude, der rechts um die Bucht herumzieht. Im Vordergrund Schlossmauer, davor eine vierspännig von Schimmeln gezogene Kalesche mit zwei Kutschenbegleitern sowie zwei Reitern in rotem Kostüm. Am rechten Bildrand hochziehender Laubbaum als Repoussoir. Feine, dem Klassizismus verpflichtete Malweise, feinpinselig vorgeführt, die hier in der Blickachse zur Domkuppel wiedergegeben ist.
